I'm really wondering why these fixes don't work they're more like workarounds than fixes. Another fix that I haven't tried yet is to set Steam itself as another language and then reseting it back to english which will trigger every game to download the language packs if needed but I don't want to install anther 50 GB of shit I don't really need.
